"people being loud at night. mentioned issues with the toilet but no one ever came. despite weekly housekeeping that was also hit or miss. high summer pricing in effect but the lack of meaningful amenities and other things don’t justify the weekly rate"

"Visiting family. Excellent stay but there were issues with our reservation - when we arrived they didn’t have us in their system. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we got it all worked out. The hotel is in a convenient location, clean, and well maintained."

"Everything looks dirty, it’s says they have a fitness room but they don’t."

"The kitchen is not equipped with cooking supplies there is no hot water was told i had to get up at 6am tht was the only time it had hit water the staff was friendly and hopeful the room its self was ok but the stairwells had poo the went all the way to the first floor and it was like tht for over 24 hours its very convenient to every thing"

"Hotel is in Greenbriar Mall area in Chesapeake close to everything. The room was great, 2 queens and separate living room. Beds and pillows were premium comfortable. Hotel is 3+ stars for sure. Price was decent. Breakfast was standard. Traffic in whole Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk area is "rough.""

"No ice bucket and coffee maker in the room. No ice machine on the floor. "
