"The property was close enough to Virginia Beach for us. Also close to places to eat. The check in and check out process was smooth. our only complaint was the noise from outside. The room on the 3rd floor had thin windows and we could hear road noise into the night. The breakfast was free, but we didn't eat because the dining room was crowded. A pass through the room showed a good amount of food choices, but we didn't want to sit in a crowd. OVerall, the stay was good. I'd go again."

"Rooms were clean and good for a traveler on the go. Nice size lobby with a pool table, tv and board games. No swimming pool and needed to have outside trash cans emptied."

"Breakfast is not complimentary, which should’ve been. I’ve stayed at another Hilton in where it was complimentary and that was the best. I went to try and get a plate but the cashier lady was extremely rude."

"Table was dirty, I brought a pack of washcloths with me and used one to clean the table. It came out red, like if juice was spilled and never cleaned. I started cleaning the rest of the rooms surfaces and it wasn’t too bad. I dropped the rag on the floor and wiped a small area by stepping on it. When I raised my foot my white washcloth was black. The disgusting cigar smell was activating my hives and asthma. My son spotted a roach come out the wall and we immediately packed up and left. We left...

"I stayed there for 8 hours and that was enough. The hotel says it’s refreshed, and it is not. The pillows had cotton in them and square..so it’s not a real pillow. The mattress sunk in the middle. The breakfast is not free.. but I wouldn’t eat there if you paid me."

"I'll begin by clarifying that every hotel stay in recent years has had safety rails in the bathtub/shower. I have NEVER had to request them. The 1st response after speaking to management was 'You did not request a handicap room'. He suggested that I return in the morning to see if anyone checked out from a handicap room. Our room did not have bathtube handrails and was very unsafe. Therefore my roommate was NEVER able to fully use the shower. I helped her sit on the side of the tub to clean...

"We are not picky travelers at all, but the amenities were really bad. TV cabinet drawers were completely broken and cannot open. Toilet seat was not secure. Bathroom door doesn’t close and scrapes along the floor. It’s a room for 4, but there’s only one chair. Constant smell of hemp around the area as well. I do not recommend this place."

"We checked into our room. Two queen beds four people. When we entered the room it had a musty smell and we only had three bath towels for four people. The housekeeper said they were out of towels and when we came back that night we could ask at the front desk for towels. When we came back that night the night clerk told us no towels were available but he could offer us a bath mat to dry off with that it’s the same as a towel. We declined his offer and went to our room. When we opened the door...

"The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!"
