"Great location, convenient to shopping, dinning and attractions. I had an issue with my room thermostat reading 80 while set on 69. I called the front desk and told the tech had gone for the day. When I asked if I could change rooms, I was informed that they were completely sold out. I asked about a refund and was told because I booked 3rd party they couldn't assist me. I stayed in a hot room all night. The front desk person didn't care about resolving my issue, wasn't empathetic and showed little care."

"Yes. Place to put my car trailer rig was available in the rear of the building when I needed it."

"The floors and bathroom were not cleaned. Microwave and fridge cost extra. No iron, no coffee or coffeemaker available. Sound on TV kept going out. Only 3 of the 5 lights worked. Check in/out is through a computer so there is no one readily available if you need in person help. Housekeeping is also extra. Stayed for 2 nights and wasn't even offered towels."

"Visiting family. Excellent stay but there were issues with our reservation - when we arrived they didn’t have us in their system. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we got it all worked out. The hotel is in a convenient location, clean, and well maintained."
