"We only stayed for one night before leaving Lisbon. The hotel could use a bit of a refresh. Be aware, if you wish to open the window, the hotel is on the flight path and planes roll over every 3-5 minutes. Staff were friendly. "

"We really enjoyed our room, #4, the room and private bathroom in a separate building through the kitchen. The room is small, but we were able to open 2 large suitcases and 2 smaller carry on suitcases. There were a couple of small issues which were fixed the next day...very quickly looked after. Super location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and many bus routes. We found a great restaurant where they spoke English just down the street, Restaurante Churrasqueira O Franquinho,...

"Very nice hotel with everything you would want for your stay. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Lunch from the bar menu was delicious also. Great location. Train station is a 15 minute walk. Uber is abundant and reasonably priced also. Will stay again. "

Bar service at roof top pool ended at 5 pm during perfect pool side weather. Staff gave poor advice as to local area, simple advice as to where to shop etc. Restaurant only offered buffet service--not needed when a small meal or snack was sufficient. "We were disappointed in the fact that they wouldn't allow us to bring wine glasses to the room. We were told we had to get them from room service. Room service said the charge would be $15 for empty glasses. That's ridiculous. At least say there's a corkage fee or something. Needless to say, we used the water glasses in the room. We travel a lot and have Never encountered this including at much less expensive hotels. This is not good hospitality. For that reason, we won't recommend this hotel to...
