The tv got only half the stations it was supposed to. The iron worked sporadically. The shower didn’t drain. To complain to the front desk was futile. "This location is convenient for me so I do stay here often, however, I've noticed on multiple occasions that the fitted bed sheets do not fit properly and often slide off and it is impossible for me to try and pull it back on. Housekeeping comes once every other day and is supposed to make the bed, replace towels, empty garbage but on this visit they came and did everything but make the bed. Maybe because they didn't want to fight with the ill fitting fitted sheet either."

My wife and I arrived in DC and I went straight to a business meeting and sent her to the hotel. She recently had surgery and needed to relax. The hotel manager would not let her check in under my name. I called and he said Zi had to be there in person. I offered to zoom or FaceTime with my license and he said no go.
