"One of the best resorts with amazing energy surrounding"

"One thing to know is that there isn't a small market or convenience store on-site where you can grab snacks or basic groceries for your room. If you're traveling with kids, I'd definitely recommend stopping at a grocery store beforehand to stock up. We ended up ordering basics like milk from the bar, which was expensive. They also provide Path water bottles in the room. We assumed they were complimentary since they're refillable, but we later found out they were $10 per bottle. As for breakfast, the hot buffet is a decent value. However, if you order an omelet or fresh eggs, it's an additional $15, and they still use the same watered-down egg mixture as the buffet, so we didn't think it was worth the extra cost."

"While driving up the PCH, my husband and I decided to take a bit more time and needed a place to spend the night. We chose the Fogcatcher Inn based on the reviews and were glad we did. They messaged us with additional information immediately after I made the reservation, so I was impressed with the communication. Upon arrival, check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The bed and pillows were both very comfortable. We opened the windows and slept to the sound of the Pacific and enjoyed the cool air. We absolutely loved our stay and would have gladly stayed longer had our plans allowed."

"Room was great, location is excellent. Only (big) disappointment was the tiny selection of packaged items for breakfast - hardly worth the bother. We sat outside the lobby (where coffee and "breakfast" were set on a small table) and watched many guests come and quickly go, obviously sharing our disappointment. This cast a shadow on an otherwise very pleasant stay."
