"Very nice and clean"

"There was a couple of people directly above our room that decided to have a fight in their room just before midnight. We were both waken by this disturbance. It settled down quickly, so we figured someone called it in. Not sure if we will stay here again."

"This a a solid no-frills option for a stay in Bath or Hammondsport. It checks all of the boxes for a reliable place to lay your head for the evening. In our instance, we needed a pet friendly space, in this definitely served its purpose for us. Just to be aware, IF you may be looking for amenities and luxury, this is not a B&B or an upscale facility. It does not report itself to be so, but I make the note here in case someone may be looking for a more romantic option of which there are plenty in...

"The hotel is not in an ideal area for families. Our room had a smoke smell even though the hotel is non-smoking. The room did not look as though it was thoroughly cleaned. There were unhoused people outside at night. Would not recommend for a family trip like we had. We booked 2 rooms in the same order and were initially given rooms in 2 different floors. We had to ask for rooms closer to each other. We were told there may not be many rooms left but the parking lot was empty. Looks like a hotel...

"Pool was down, one of the elevators was down. lobby men's urinal out of order. Housekeeping not clean or replacing our towels. Overall worst managed hotel I have ever stayed in."

"Facility appears outdated. There are only three equipment in a tiny exercise room with two not working, plus a TV without TV remote. Only thing the front desk could say was " I will let the manager know"."

"This is a very reasonable and affordable place to stay as a solo or family traveler. It's a small independent motel that feels like a throwback to the 80s or 90s with actual metal room keys and decor that feels like your Grandma's spare room. The pool is well maintained and clean; the room I stayed in was decently cleaned but the maid definitely needed to check under the bed after the last guests left. The deluxe king bed room itself was enormous for a family of three just spending one night....

"Absolutely disgusting. They gave my room away to someone at 2:30am they were trying to get into my room. The door opened and I yelled. Manager lied and said they went to the wrong room but the people had a key that opened the door and they said that was the right room number they were given. Worst hotel ive ever stayed at. I never even got an apology."

"The view of the lake is wonderful. The so-called breakfast was some individually wrapped pastries and just one coffee choice (no decaf) and juice boxes for the kids, essentially not a breakfast at all. The room itself is old, very few outlets and no dedicated charger plugs. No clock. No good places to hang one's towel to dry. Bed was fine. If you want a place to stay and do not care about amenities or breakfast, the room is worth the view of the lake."

"Lovely property centrally located on the East coast of Seneca lake with access to the lake. Great home base for trips to Watkins Glen, Taughanack and Ithaca. .Quick trip to great hiking and biking. .Surrounded by vineyards and wonderful restaurants. Cottages are immaculate and comfortable. Most have view of the lake and Seneca sunsets!"
