"My single bed room was small but quiet. It was in the basement, no windows. But that helped to keep it quiet. Hot water kettle, AC, and TV all worked okay. Towels, coffee, tea, sugar, cream were restocked daily. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, Danish, juices, fresh fruit, cereals, milk, coffee and tea. Check in and out was easy."

I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. "It's a decent hotel in an interesting area of London. Good spacious room, excellent breakfast and Italian restaurant on ground floor. Good rooftop bar. The pool, though, is tiny and the decor is a little tired. Lovely, helpful staff throughout."

One note is that if one has any mobility issues, it’s a high step in and out of shower and can be a bit tricky. Thought the experience was just lovely."

"We did end up in a chamber room. I felt being the in the basement I should informed when you book room. It was cozy and clean however it was so small no where to put your luggage. The bathroom room shower was a decent size. Because you are in the basement a night light seems appropriate for the bathroom for middle of night use time. Two people can not be in the bathroom at same time. Our bed was comfortable and room was clean. The only daylight was a patio door that opens to another...
