"Enjoyed our stay and would stay again, however needs a little upgrading for the price. Bed was excellent, bathroom was poor. Staff were excellent and friendly."

"I was upgraded to a castle view room upon my arrival which was really nice. Reception staff were very friendly and allowed me an early check in as my room was ready. The beds were comfy and breakfast was very good. The only thing was that there was a bit of toothpaste not cleaned off the sink (it was behind the taps so I could see how it could be missed) and a shower cap was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door. "

"Excellent rooms. Great location if you’re okay with walking steps or roads uphill to close by Royal Mile. Lobby was under renovation which when completed should be great and easier for checkin and staff services. "
