"Room was good, and I appreciated the small touches. However, the self check-in was a horrible experience. I was unable to check in because my room hadn’t been marked as ready in the system, and I couldn’t contact anyone on WhatsApp or Expedia. I could only resolve the issue and check in after forty minutes when another guest had the same issue, but could contact the host via a competing provider (rhymes with “looking bot from”)."

"The hostess, Saghira, went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during my stay. She was the perfect hostess and responded straight away when I contacted her for assistance. The property itself is located near bus stops that take you straight to the heart of the city centre. It's an easy 10-15 minute bus ride. The property is clean and homely. "The staff were absolutely amazing! I couldn’t say one negative thing about them. Very helpful giving directions etc unfortunately we had issues with the cleanliness of our room and had to change. One room had what appeared to be blood on the wall. Very disappointed as this hotel is supposed to be a 4 star."

"Super hôtel que nous avons utilisé pendant 3-4 jours pour notre visite d’Édimbourg. Personnel très sympathique, chambre confortable et salle de bain très moderne et agréable. Nous avons tester le resto adjacent à l’hôtel et c’était également très bon, avec des prix autour de 20£ pour un plat principal, soit assez classique pour un resto qui n’est pas un fast food."
