Never mind the fact that the employees don't care and are careless - I asked the front desk twice for an extra blanket and never got one, I asked for the towels to be replenished and was ignored, the cook burned something in the kitchen and the entire hotel had to be evacuate. Never mind all that, the worst part was when I asked for the front desk to get me a taxi. I read that it only took 20 minutes from the hotel to the airport. The front desk person called...

"Very nice staff, wonderful rooms, quiet, close to buses. The only comment I have is that they need to have a flyer in the room to let the travellers know that the garbage and cleaning of the room is done once/week. We found that after a couple of days, when I requested towels. Overall, it's a very good hotel, and we greatly enjoyed our stay there."
