"I really enjoyed staying in this peaceful cottage, this is the second time I have stayed here. I slept very well in the comfy four poster bed and it's lovely not being troubled by light pollution. The coastal path is very close, and also a beautiful walk through the wooded valley to the waterfall. I had the option of using the log burner but found the cottage was cosy enough. "Quirky old building with low ceilings and original features. Unfortunately looking a bit tired and our bed had a broken slat in the middle making it pretty uncomfortable. Breakfasts and check in was great just needs new furniture. Also very close to Trebarwith strand, just check for low tide!!"

"We have visited and stayed at the Jamaica Inn a number of times over the years but unfortunately this time we were left a bit disappointed. Not with the place or most of the staff themselves but with the entitlement of other visitors and patrons who bring their dogs into the establishment. Nearly all the dog owners were either having their dogs sitting where people need to walk, on long leads so they can roam or not on leads at all so they can roam anywhere. "Location on front good , breakfast good but checkout time 10am is far too early . Wifi is poor and area generally has poor mobile phone signal so you really are getting away from it ! we had dinner there one night , good , but expensive !"
