When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there. "I made an online reservation and their computer could see the reservation, but it was not in their system. We had to pay again for a room and i have not gotten a refund. The desk person reported it to you. Expedia I would like my money refunded please"
