"Rooms were very cute-- there's a disco lamp! Rooms and state of the parking lot were very clean. A/C worked perfectly, and the water ran hot. Wasn't expecting complimentary sparkling water upon arrival, and the lobby was even cuter than the rooms. It offered plenty of space to hang out as well as board games and even bikes that you could borrow at your leisure. Very impressed by everything offered despite not taking advantage of it all. We didn't use the amenities, but I did see the firepit on...

"The room was clean but only 1 elevator was working. There was a really bad odor coming from the elevator and we had to hold our breath or cover our nose when riding it. On Sunday there was not enough breakfast available. When we asked the lady working she seemed angry that we were asking for more waffle mix when there was still about 20 minutes of breakfast left."

There are hand written notes all over the front sliding doors saying no public bathrooms seemed ghetto. Now the room was filthy. "The property is run down and is in need of a major update. Our room was upstairs, which we were unaware of when we booked the room, and there is no elevator. The lobby smelled as well as our room. It smelled like old mothballs and chemicals. You can hear the train as well as traffic all day and night. The one positive is that you can walk to anything in the downtown area."
