"Great stay with a few tweaks Excellent location and very clean rooms. Staff were helpful, supportive, and respectful throughout. Breakfast had good variety and the team serving was kind, but the dining area felt a bit like a dungeon – adding some greenery and flowers would make the presentation much more appealing. The pool area is nice, but more tall trees for privacy would help since you can see into a nearby building. Also, the corridor AC was extremely cold – 17°C coming in from 33°C outside was a bit much; 20°C would be more comfortable. Overall, a very nice stay."

"Clean and quite spacious room. The pool on the rooftop was amazing!!! Staff was welcoming and always courteous. Moreover, the location of the hotel was the best, near restaurants, malls and street foods and also walkable (20 min) to Petronas Tower as well as KL Tower. I highly recommand this hotel!"
