"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view. "The location was excellent, right in the center of the sightseeing area. A beautiful old historical church was right next to the hotel, and the river was also nearby, so it was easy to take a river cruise. Many museums were on the same street within a 10-minute walk, and the Berlin TV Tower was only about 5 minutes away. The hotel was clean, with a nice modern design. The restaurant also had very good food."

"Got the 2 bed room apartment for a long family stay, and the apartment was well cleaned, fresh and airy. Amenities (washer/dryer, microwave, cooker etc all included). The staff were welcoming and helpful especially the Manager, house keeping came every other day or so & were thorough, Location is great at Canary wharf, close to the train station and other nice shopping & dining access within walking distance.
