Very nice room, a bit small and didn’t like the headboard feature. When down it left I pretty big gap which I didn’t like. But other than that it was great and the staff were friendly and nice when around.

Great room & location - poor services.

The hotel has a great location and the room was great. However, the hotel is stingy with the coffee and NO tea. Also had to buy own milk. Paying these prices it shold be bog standard. In addition, the IT side of the reservation and check-in is NOT up to what it is required - and for me very frustrating and unbelievable for a chain of this size, etc. Never say never again - but quite unlikely to book a YOTEL ever again.

Great hotel, comfortable bed and room, a bit small but perfect for a solo traveller. Shame food isn’t provided and the shower door opening inwards was a bit strange and takes up space.

Very impressed with this property — it was exceptionally clean, quiet, and excellent value for money. The interior was modern and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Also, it’s in a fantastic location — just a short walk from Stratford International station and the shopping centre. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything is quick and easy from check in to check out, clean and good location, has everything you need! Only thing this time round was we had a room opposite a bar which was abit noisy however last time in different room you heard nothing
