Staff was very helpful. We got to the hotel before our check in time and we were able to check in early. Would totally stay here again! "

"Stunning hotel in a superb location! Close to shops, markets, restaurants, cafes and transport. Staff exceptionally helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Our only negatives would be no coffee/tea facilities in room (they’re available in lounge, are complimentary and when asked for were delivered free of charge but would prefer option in room) and there was no railing to get in and out of the deep bath/shower. Despite above, would stay again, and again and again!! ❤️"

"Das Zimmer wird nicht standardmäßig jeden Tag gereinigt, nur nach Anfrage bei der Rezeption, das gilt auch für den Handtuchwechsel. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gering - Eier, Speck, Bohnen, Brot, Joghurt und etwas Obst, das wars. Service war sehr gut. Lage fanden wir auch top. Alles in allem vier von fünf Sternen und für den Preis absolut okay. "

"Wir haben vier Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut hat uns das abwechslungsreiche und frische Frühstücksbüffet gefallen. Unser Zimmer war ruhig, allerdings für drei Personen nicht sehr groß, es hat etwas mehr Ablage und Schränke gebraucht. Die Nähe zu mehreren U-Bahn Stationen hat uns geholfen, die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen."

"We stayed at Andaz London for five days. Overall, the experience was decent, with clear strengths and some drawbacks. The location is excellent – very well connected by bus and train, making it easy to get around London quickly. The King room was adequately sized and well equipped. The minibar was refilled daily, and the espresso machine with fresh capsules was a nice touch. Bathroom size is fine, and the toiletries smell great. However, there are several issues. The bed is positioned...

"Great location with everything you needed. We stayed in the studio room which was plenty of room and clean. Only issue was the air con unit was difficult to turn off from the panel and soon realised there was a light switch by the bathroom (weird wiring) that turned it all off as the room was very cold to start with. Apart from this, it was perfect for a night’s stay. "
