"The staff was very supportive in assisting me with a late checkout for a medical need. However we didn’t require a late checkout! The property is very outdated, but it was clean, easy to navigate & the entire staff was friendly & accommodating. The property is in a great location & accessible to most of your travel needs. If I had one complaint it would be the “yapping” dog a few rooms down from us!"

"Our stay here was nice the only downside was room 224, the toilet did not flush and the patio would not lock. We were moved to 221 and the fan in the bathroom stayed on all night despite numerous efforts. We would not stay here again"

"Inexperienced staff took 40 minutes to check me in and charged a really high security deposit of $560 for two nights which made me real nervous. Dirty wash cloth left in shower from previous guest. Pool was broken and so was the waffle maker."

"Quick stay for just 1 night while passing through and really thankful it was only one night. The pics online are deceptive and the reviews aren’t telling the true condition. The room smelled super weird, the bathroom was in need of help, and the kitchen area was banged up. The shower wasn’t great, needed a good bleaching. Just overall not a very. I’ve to stay."

"Beds were nit made, bathroom was not clean, dirty towels everywhere. I checked in around 11 PM, and the room they provided me was basically not touched. I told the front desk she wrote a note and said she doesn't have cleaners. I shed for a refund, she said it was booked via expedia and I need to request it through expedia. Very terrible experience"

"The first room we were given was not cleaned with any TLC. Immediately, after opening the shower curtain, I noticed several strands of hair on the shower wall. I could tell the bath had not been thoroughly cleaned, hence the strands of hair all over the wall. I had to rinse it myself. Even with that, the hair washed down easily. That tells me, the bathroom was not cleaned well. The toilet paper looked as though someone had recently used the toilet. The least the staff could have done was changed...

"My first room had a small blood drop on the comforter and the AC was extremely loud and banging, so they moved me downstairs to a new room which was good except it was directly at the lobby and entrance door / elevator which was constantly slamming shut and you could hear every single person that came by as if there were no door.
