"The staff was very supportive in assisting me with a late checkout for a medical need. However we didnāt require a late checkout!
The property is very outdated, but it was clean, easy to navigate & the entire staff
was friendly & accommodating. The property is in a great location & accessible to most of your travel needs.
If I had one complaint it would be the āyappingā dog a few rooms down from us!"

"The hot tub was cold and the water was gray n smelled funny the ceiling was falling in in the whole pool area which was very disappointing to us. The room was nice the free coffee was taken up early both in evening an morning again disappointed. Check out was @ NOON an 10am housekeeping was banging on door!! The staff was nice an helpful. Not what we expected from a Marriott hotel."

"I need refund. When I checked in it was 11 PM. The bed , bathroom was not clean. bed wasn't even made. towels were every where. So the room was totally untouched. I talked to the front desk, she mentioned that there are no cleaners at this time and she didn't provide me another option. I asked for a refund she mentioned it should be requested through expedia."

"I was there for a camp on LSU campus, it was very convenient. Plenty of places to eat close to hotel. The hotel was very nice and clean. The curtains in our room needed replacing, they were torn. The breakfast was good and the area was excellent, I wish this area was available for hanging out with family and friends. The staff answered any questions but were not friendly."
