"The shower floor was as slippery as a hockey rink, with no curb, so water got out on the tile which made that slippery too. I was supposed to get a 6:00 AM wakeup call...that never occurred."

"Checkin was very difficult. Rooms keys weren’t working and after three attempts back and forth to front desk, guy finally came with master key. Only then to find out room was locked from inside (maybe occupied) it was midnight and we stood in hall for 30 mins while they tried to figure out. Finally they put us in a suite cuz they didn’t have any more queen rooms for the night. Front desk guy tried to help but was clearly overwhelmed and under supported. Had to ask for sheets for pull out bed...

"This is seriously a fantastic hotel! There is an amazing bat and restaurant on the roof and the staff is super helpful and friendly!"

"The room okay. The carpet felt dirty on bare feet. I did not like that we didn't get room service or the option for room service. The had a sticker on the bathroom mirror that said you would get room service every 3 days, which we were only staying 3 nights - no room service for fresh towels, get our trash, etc. Everywhere else I have been, they offer daily room service if I chose."

"The wild goose and was beyond what I ever imagined it was such a nice quiet quaint place to take a nice break and just relax I got to enjoy it with my girlfriend for my birthday Al was amazing and as was the young gentleman that made my breakfast in the morning Paul maybe? I woke up at 6am from a random alarm on accident my fault. I'm terrible with names in the morning unfortunately but they were both so friendly and amazing and Yogi the dog was awesome. But not only were the rooms amazingly...

"The pool had no towel , you can only get 4 towels a day they tv doesn’t work , the staff will follow you ariubd the property , then lick you out after you bring up the problems"

"Very clean room, super nice staff. The breakfast was top notch (try the lemon or churro flavored waffles, they were outstanding!) It’s a nice quiet hotel and I felt very comfortable there. When I visit my family in East Lansing, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel."
