"The hotel is on a beautiful piece of property right on the river. The outdoor space with different seating options is great. The hotel and property were very clean. The staff was friendly. The bed was also very comfortable. The only issue is the lack of soundproofing. We had a room that was right near the lobby and you could hear literally everything."

Worst of all, there was no notice of this before our stay. If you're in Burlington, I highly recommend staying elsewhere. "
