"Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been to! Beautiful space, loved the room setup. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was easy. My single complaint is crappy water pressure in the shower. It took me a long time just to rinse my hair, and it’s very thin. I can’t imagine what it must be like for someone with a full head of hair!"

"The hotel was clean and staff polite. The bath/shower was slippery, almost fell twice. There was pink discoloration of some of the grout in the bathtub area. The hotel could use some updating. The hotel itself was okay. The area was not the greatest. They do warn people staying about the area near the hotel. There are several blocks of homeless between the Gastown area and the hotel. Not comfortable walking. Ended up taking uber everywhere. No, I would not stay here again, not because of the hotel, because of the area around it."

"The room was clean and comfortable, but I had some doubts about the bathroom— there were some stains on the bathtub. The area where the hotel is located is also sketchy. Our view from our room was a dirty alley and a tire shop. The staff was great, though. She was helpful and friendly."
