Hotel murah di Burnham

"No air-conditioning, dead flys in room on floor and window sills in stairway and room. Room tiny and was ridiculously hot. Stains on carpet, pillowcase and towels. The cold water tap did not work on sink or in shower. Honestly one of the worst stays of my life."

"We arrived at 4:00 p.m. and unfortunately our room was still not ready. The chap at the desk managed to move us after some time. The room was pleasant although the toilet didn't flush properly. The air conditioning was welcome however it was positioned right next to the bed which wasn't ideal! The outside space was nothing special nor was the pool. Food was good (breakfast really wasn't anything special, but the staff were attentive and worked hard). At dinner we were rushed off our table so...

"Only stayed for one night but would recommend. Room was exactly as described and good facilities with the bonus of a fully equipped (but small) kitchen. I think the people who own this property take pride in what they offer."

"Booked 3 double rooms all clean and tidy. The only complaint was the ground floor basement room was next to the kitchen and very noisy at breakfast time with no window or view! Make sure you dont get this one! Breakfast was lovely though. 😁"

"We stayed here for a night and upon arrival the corridors and the rooms themselves were unbearably hot! The window only opened about 10cm leaving little opportunity for the heat to escape outside. A fan was provided however it made absolutely zero difference to helping cool the room down - plus the positioning adjusters were broken so the fan only pointed downwards. There was no complimentary water or ice provided by the accommodation as a gesture of guest comfort - nor any additional air...

"The other reviews aren’t exaggerating, the rooms are quite small but nice and clean. Visited during a heatwave and they do not have ac, but they do provide a fan for the room. Very nice to have the few kitchen appliances and amenities that they did."

"Hey the place is not a bad place to stay at, but we did text thru the Expedia app that we need to cancel one day on our reservation 5 days prior, they never responded to our message, when we did text them on the same app for the crib for a babe they didn’t respond but made sure it was in the room and charged us for it, not satisfied that they don’t respond to customer"

"I recently enjoyed a one night stay and would highly recommend. The staff were helpful in letting us use the disabled loo to get changed for our event ahead of check-in and stored our bags. The bathroom and room were both spacious and luxurious. I had the cheese plate on room service which was really nice, and the TV had a good selection of channels. The lift was out of use when we stayed."
