"The room was clean! Great air conditioning, good water pressure. The beds were a bit firm compared to what we like and the city noise was disappointing. Lots of traffic noise and sirens at all hours of the night."

"This property needs to be addressed. The electricity went out during our stay only at the hotel. The food was bland and the mandatory breakfast coupons make the dining experience feel cheap. The staff - except the food staff - were loud and obnoxious. The last day of the stay my family and I were harassed and my mother was also harassed by male staff members. We applied a do not disturb to our room to protect our items while out, but cleaners still came in."
