"It took over 1 hour at check in for them to try and find our reservation of 2 rooms made on Expedia. Claimed they were calling Expedia and could not get through. They had already given one of our rooms away and only had 1 room left that did not “match” the category we had reserved and were refusing to give it to us. "Bed was comfortable, very convenient for the beach, with great dining options out the front door and on beach with multiple vendors available with beach dining. Room was nice, bathroom was very old, no hot water and very basic, but it was clean and did not smell."
