"Toller Empfang bei Ankunft, großes Zimmer mit Balkon und tollem Blick auf die Bucht, gut ausgestattet und top Zimmerservice, wunderbares Frühstück mit „allem Drum und Dran“ und toller Aussichtsterasse, sehr gutes Restaurant… Hotel-Standort für Ausflüge auf Madeira ideal (wir waren zum 2.ten Mal hier und immer mit Mietwagen; aber auch gute Bus-Anbindung vorhanden). "A good place to stay in Funchal away from the centre. The pool is very nice & the buffet breakfast has a lot of options. The beds are hard but this seems typical of Madeira. Our room was a bit untidy but again we had experienced this elsewhere too. The staff don’t really share a lot of information for example you can’t open your balcony door as it shuts off the air-conditioning or you need your key to actually exit the garage on checkout or you’re trapped in the garage. "Our second time staying here, love the space which you get with an apartment with excellent bathroom facilities. The pool area is great with plenty of plants and grass to break up the sun beds.
