It was hard to find water bottles. The wait time for breakfast in the morning was 20 minutes or more. Depending on the time of ordering room service it could take an hour or more. "This is a top tier resort. All 4 of the premium restaurants had several outstanding options, and food presentation was very high. The drinks were also exceptional, in presentation, preparation, and selection. Top shelf name brand choices of almost every bottle you can imagine. The beds were comfy, the pools were clean, the crowds were well managed, and the grounds are spotless. Negatives? Not many really, but the tipping is odd. "The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. "
