"This was my second time at this resort third time in Mexico this year at all inclusives , the reason I came back was because I believe they genuinely care about your stay and comfort, the food is good including the buffets as they are usually a tell tail of how generally the food in the resort is . I can honestly say I will absolutely return to this riu as out of the other 3 I have stayed at this one is by far the best .the management obviously is on top of everything as this shows in the staff’s attentiveness even at spring break when the resort is at capacity and I’m sure are tested on a continuous basis. Thank you riu palace for everything you did for me personally and I promise I will see you again ."

" If you are Sharing a room with other people there is no privacy from the bathroom. Do not bother getting a partial ocean view, definitely not worth it. The staff are not friendly. We moved resorts. "

"Over all fantastic! Great location. Plenty to do or not do. 😁 music could have used some variety. Place is very busy. Beach was nice. View beautiful. Check in was my least favorite. Supposedly got an upgrade but my accommodations were not all an up grade. The cleaning staff does a great job. Staff is always busy and seem to like their jobs. The food amazing! Real chocolate!"

"Unexpected stay and checked in late at night. Room was spacious and clean. Did not have a chance to use any amenities but place looks like a good resort to hang out. Good value."

"The property was very clean, however the staff lacked good customer service. They were never really willing to be helpful. They were not the friendliest and at times disrespectful. The property did not offer much amenities at all. This property is very much so for an older crowd. Everything closes very early. Hot tub and pool closes at 8pm. They stop serving alcohol very early and the entire resort is basically closed down by 10-11pm. They did not disclose a lot of helpful information when checking in that would have been nice to know during our stay, we had to figure it out ourselves. Just a lot of things I’d do differently and will probably never be back to this property and wouldn’t recommend to others to visit here. "
