"All of the hotel is clean. Staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very family friendly. We've been here several times and have enjoyed each experience."

"The villa very well equipped and clean and modern, Staff at reception were excellent and friendly.the bar staff so welcoming excellent hospitality. food is great and good value for money"

"Breakfast was lovely but only had dinner on the first night as not very good, but will definitely stay again."

"I would like to start by saying the accommodation and staff when there were amazing- if it were not for the issues around payment and communication, I would have left a very good review. We opted to pay at property on arrival, paying the little bit extra for this option to have some flexibility. I received a notification from my bank a week before travel that the apartments had attempted to take £935 (agreed price was £873). I stampeded to call them but I got no answer at all after hours of...

"pulizia posizione fronte mare consigliata opzione club per posizione camere e lounge"

"Clean modern spacious room with air con location close to shops & bars nice big pool plenty of sunbeds & umbrellas. Would definitely return and highly recommend."

"Excellent amenities, helpful staff and good location. Only downside was a significant ant problem, although highlighted to reception they sent maintenance to clean/spray one day, it continued to attract ants. From pool conversations appears it's a problem in most accommodations not isolated, therefore dont leave anything on floor! Quiet/not too crowded late September. Breakfast okay, not well layed out but works."

"The hotel cancelled our booking and moved us to another H10 hotel. The problem was it was miles from the centre and completely full. Not a single sunbed available at the main pool. Room was nice enough and breakfast was good but overall a poor experience."

"Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. It is secluded and with only 20. rooms, it feels like a personally curated experienced. If you are wanting easy access to a beach and other restaurants (the hotel has its own restaurant but the menu is fairly expensive), this is probably not the hotel for you. If you want some quiet and time alone with a partner or friend, this...

"Great rooms, staff were super helpful & breakfast every morning was delicious!"

"This is a wonderful hotel and so relaxing. The staff are very helpful, especially Harriett. Great food, excellent amenities and a very well maintained lounging area surrounding the pool. We will definitely be back!"

"The rooms were superb. We were upgraded for free to a suite which was amazing. King size bed was very comfortable and there was a sunbathing bed on the balcony which was a nice touch. Staff were extremely friendly. Lots of sunbeds around pool so no need to wake up early with towels. Breakfast was great with a huge variety of items. Highly recommend."

Profitez..."
