"I loved staying at the J hotel as it was a very new hotel extremely clean rooms a big room, helpful staff, and parking on the ground level when you went up the elevator to get on the second or the third floor, where the rooms were"

"Excellent little hotel, right on the bay. We had a room with a back door that opened to a sitting area on the marina. The beach is a short walk across the road, and there's a Walgreens, and Beach shop on the way. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. My son found this place for me, and I highly recommend it for friendly staff, cute room w 2 bed rooms, kitchen, and bargain price! Pool, and laundry also available. I'll be staying again if I'm in Clearwater area!"

"The private stretch of beach was amazing! A manatee and three dolphins swam within inches of us! You couldn’t beat the views and amenities for the price! Plus the staff was very friendly and helpful! The housekeeper even recognized us when we returned hours after checkout to pickup our luggage and returned a charger we’d forgotten in the room."

"Great stay at Shephard's Beach Resort! The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Steps from the beach, with live music at the tiki bar, good restaurants, a pool and hot tub. Free valet parking was a nice bonus. Our accessible room had a roll-in shower, grab bars, handheld showerhead, plenty of space, and an ocean-view balcony — very comfortable for a wheelchair user. We'd definitely come back!"
