"We have had numerous trips to this hotel, but since it changed owners the maintainer has gone downhill. Still a nice place but.........."

"This place is a gem! Quiet, relaxing, great pool and happy staff. Breakfast is included too. The rooms are super cute and the grounds nice. The only thing that was a little disappointing is Expedias pictures showed the superior room as a suite and it is not. The staff explained upon arrival that Expedias website there are only 2 types of rooms, cozy and comfortable. If you want a suite then just be sure to contact the property first. My room was perfect after all. No complaints."

"We had a great stay at The Hideaway in Palm Springs. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the property has a fun mid-century vibe throughout. While some elements are showing their age, everything is clearly well cared for and lovingly maintained. Most importantly, the A/C kept up beautifully even during 108-degree weather, making our stay comfortable despite the extreme heat. We’d happily stay here again."

"My family planned a very sort stay and we enjoyed the pool. Our was clean and we liked the fact that they provided some goodies in the kitchen. We did run into a major issue with the A/C not working. The staff were very accommodating with helping us move to a different condo :) Next time we stay in Palm Springs we will book with them again."

I contacted the front desk around 6–7 a.m., and by 10–11 a.m. we were informed that a blown transformer was the cause and power wouldn’t be restored until around 4 p.m. While I understand the outage was outside the hotel’s control, we were without A/C and refrigeration for over 12 hours, making it difficult to enjoy the property or its amenities. "We’ve been to different resorts in Palm Springs and by far, L’Horizon is my absolute favorite! The gold plated engraved name plate on the door of your room makes you feel so special. They use high end bath products that smell amazing! I also enjoyed a 60-min Arnica Deep Tissue massage, which is done in a cabana off the pool area.
