Er worden verschillende extra diensten geboden, zoals bijvoorbeeld een gratis shuttle naar het dichtstbijzijnde station. Nadeel is wel dat er geen restaurants op loopafstand zijn, en je dus voor het avondeten beperkt bent tot het restaurant van het hotel of restaurants op 5-10 minuten rijden. "Très bon accueil, propreté, calme, déjeuner copieux, nous avons passé 3 nuits à la Villapiana, nous recommandons, complexe tranquille niché dans la montagne. Une seule petite route étroite pour y parvenir mais une fois arrivé, on s'y sent bien. Merci pour votre accueil sympathique et vos efforts de vouloir parler le français, bravo!"
