"Awesome little cabins and great area. Easy access! The parking depending where you’re at on the property can be quite tight in a truck. However we arrive during middle of winter so it could be bigger than it seemed. Wifi was also not working for us to contact family/friends. Overall we will be returning as it was very cozy and pet friendly!"

"This far exceeded our expectations. I gave a 2 on the description of the property only because there are a few things I felt could be better explained. For example, there is heat (not just the wood burning stove). There are no electrical outlets, but charging device stations are available. There are also no garbage bags/cans inside. "

"Room we had on the 3rd floor, could hear upstairs guests stomping around and the ceiling kept clicking/knocking/cracking from weight. Room was so hot even tho we turned down the thermostat. It was nice to have a balcony. Hot tubs were always busy, too busy, didnt use. "

"This was our second time staying here. It's a little bit dated, toilet seat was broken, but other than that, it's cozy, and love the wood burning fireplace! The kids enjoyed the pool, and enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Great view of the mountains! The playzone is also a plus. I would recommend this for anyone with kids. Lots of activites to keep them entertained. "

"Beautiful views waking up from Basecamp Resorts every day. Very central in Canmore (which I think is nicer than Banff in so many ways). Suites were spacious and clean. The front desk is available 24/7 via text which is super convinent. There is also a hot tub that oversees the mountains which is a great amentity. Would have been nice if they provided mini/single use cooking oil for cooking"

"The cabin itself was very cute. Private hot tub is a bonus. We arrived after dark and it was incredibly hard to find our cabin, they could use even one reflective sign. The owners were NOT friendly, even though I notified them of our later arrival time ahead of our stay. Lots of essentials provided in the kitchen. The shower looked too rough to actually use. The beautiful scenery and novelty of staying in a historic cabin made up for it. It was good for one night. The cabins are pretty close to...

"Note there are a variety of basecamp properties in Canmore. We were unaware that they were not all in one spot, so did not end up at the same place e as friends. The accommodation provided parking which was nice to have."

"Our stay was great. Nice spacious and clean room. It had everything you needed. The hot tub and pool were amazing and to top it off, it was convinient having the bus take you to downtown banff ave and back right from the hotel. "

They helped us with some changes and were always around to help out as needed. Room was very clean, view of mountains fantastic. Having two balconies was a nice added bonus.
