"The staff make this hotel, the professional and polite approach is really appreciated.
Everything was fine with the hotel, my only negative is that it would be great if the room doors didn't slam shut - the noise from them at night is a little intrusive.
Location is spot on, very easy to access the Metro network and a bus stop outside. Taxi services are readily available through reception.
The rooms were a little more spacious than expected, though the bathroom is predictably small. Totally...
