"Staff provided excellent service. They were incredibly attentive and helpful. The room was very spacious - huge - and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with any supply you could need. Towels were thick and nice. We had a cozy loveseat on our balcony perfect for stargazing and listening to the ocean. The food was delicious with good portions, and the service at the restaurants was attentive and friendly. "Incredible hotel, well thought out with attention to detail. Our butler Jean-Luc was extremely helpful and reactive with all of our requests. Loved that it was smaller occupancy compared to other hotels in the area, with plenty of opportunities to see flora & fauna. We really enjoyed the meal at Woodend, breakfast was great, but found the lunch/dinner food at Casa Mayor to be a bit mediocre. "Viking Fit club next door was noisy in the mornings , Same with ASI restaurant. Staff were great, The suite needs better maintenance. Dish washer didn't clean properly. Hair dryer broken, toilet keep running, hot tub is old and jets didn't work. Great location and amenities. "
