"Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. They truly were the stand-out. However, I would never stay here again for a few reasons. Above all, our room was dirty and run down. There were broken hooks hanging off the wall, stains all over the furniture, stains and holes in the sheets and bedspread, and several bugs. Additionally, the inside of the windows and the area around the air conditioners were filthy. Beyond the cleanliness, the restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay. When we arrived, we were told that the restaurant and bar were closed for renovations - although there were no signs of renovations happening (nothing taped off, no signage, no one working on anything, etc.). This was particularly frustrating, because we chose a hotel that specifically had a restaurant, and not only was there no mention that the restaurant was closed when we booed there was also no mention of this on their site when I confirmed the hours of the restaurant less than 24 hours before we arrived. "

"Hotel overall was very clean. The room was clean. We never made it to breakfast, but they did offer free breakfast! Good location right off the highway. There's a mall, gas station, a Starbucks, etc. all nearby within 5 to 15 minutes"

"Hotel was great. Clean, well maintained and a good stay. The amenities were very bare minimum. No iron, no blow dryer, no conditioner. There were no ice dispensers, and I was told there were ice trays in the freezer but that wasn't helpful because we needed ice at that very moment. Overall, it was a good stay but make sure you don't forget a thing."

"There was a kitchen…but we were not impressed and it felt very unsafe. But overall it was just dirty! We will NEVER consider this property ever again! It feels like there was drugs and prostitution on the premises from the time we walked in!"

"Located in a good area, but the cleanliness was poor—the apartment was very dirty. There was no light in the bathroom; the fixture was dismantled, making the room look completely out of order. The TV stand was broken, the hallway carpet smelled bad, and the elevator was dirty. The reception staff were friendly, but they were unable to switch my room or resolve the electrical issue."

"Check-in time was listed as 1pm. Got there at 11am and was told might be able to get a room by 1pm. Went in person at 1pm and was told none available wait till 3pm. Checked in at 3pm got a room. Went into the room the floor was very dirty was not swept/mopped properly. There was animal poop under the couch. There were no bedsheets pillows blankets or anything for the pullout bed. There were only two lights in the room located in the kitchen. The thermostat kept changing temps on its own. The bathroom is a fall hazard when even the slightest wet. The check-in manager was rude overall. The other guests staying there are rude. Overall for the price it sucks. Hopefully the new company that bought this place will be better"

"Lobby is deceiving because it looks decent 1st room on 1st floor was disgusting smelled like cat urine Sheets had hair on them cobwebs and spiders right outside the room hallway had ripped carpet and a hole in the wall. I asked to be moved and they moved us to the 2nd floor it was tolerable but i wouldn't stay here again"

"We stayed in the Arizona sweet. Doors to our bedroom were locked. We were unable to get a rollaway. They brought wet sheets and blankets. The amenities were subpar in the room. The pool and space was disgusting with hair floating all in pool and around the pool deck."
