"Staff really helpful and friendly. We arrived early and man on reception sorted out our parking for us; fortunately there were plenty of space’s available on the road outside of the hotel. "Really enjoyable stay for our 26th wedding anniversary. Hotel has been recently completely refurbished and every surface is clean as a whistle. Super room with Nespresso coffee machine and marge brand new TV and huge bathroom Breakfast was way about average. I would call this a 5 star experince rather than 4 star."

"We only stayed one night with a 5:30am start. The check in was extremely easy and I must say Cameron went out his way to be pleasant to everyone. Jo in the restaurant was also very good and pleasant nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff and the hotel and management should be very proud of them."

"Super friendly staff who were easy to converse with, the inn was well maintained with vintage roots and a splash off modern. The food was excellent. On the listing it does say they have laundry facilities, but after asking it turns out they don’t. So be aware if that is a need. I would surely go back again if I am in the area!"

"The hotel was excellent, especially considering the very reasonable price we paid. Although an old building, it was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. We also had a room with a sea view, and the hotel was 2 minutes walk from the lovely promenade. The lady that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is also very convenient for the Channel Tunnel. Highly recommend. "
