"We enjoyed our stay at South Beach. The place was cleaned. It is close to the grocery and some beaches. It was easy to walk to the grocery stores and Divi beach. It is a quiet place. The pool is nice. I recommend to have a car if you want to visit and have dinner at restaurants. Us we rent a car for half of our holidays (5/10). Amir, the host, is very helpful. I will not hesitate to reserve that apartment again. "

"Location is key of this property! The facility is clean, love that elevator is close by the garage and exits. Our units was so clean, spacious for 3 people, the bathroom clean, the water pressure EXCELLENT 💯!!! washer and dryer in the unit. AC/fan works. The staff were very friendly and professional. "Absolutely loved our stay! Was quiet, felt safe and a 10 mins walk to the beach and very close to the grocery store. A lot of restaurants are walking distance! overall great choice if your are looking for something thats different from resort style/all inclusive. Staff was friendly and helpful. "This place was so clean, spacious, and is a great location! The communication was very quick, they even held our luggage and allowed us a late check out. We could walk anywhere. There were so many options for dining, drinks, and coffee. We loved it. Would 100% recommend."

"Everything was great! Someone from the hotel called me the morning of my arrival to see what time they could pick me up. They were there at Pickup about 5 minutes after I cleared customs. The room was spotless and in a great location. I would absolutely stay there again! "
