"We love Atlantis and had an overall great stay. Little things that bothered me was that the kids crush disco was closed one day during the week - in spring break, with so many kids at the resort. Also, we had poseidon breakfast included in the room price but there was still every day an addition to the folio and I had to ask the staff to take it off. Hotel guests still behave antisocial and hog chairs at 8 am, throw their towels on them and then don't use them for hours. Staff should do something about that. And this time was the first time ever that people stole our fresh towels twice!"

"This is the perfect place to stay in Old San Juan. It is in the middle of everything, and is beautiful and comfortable in every way. We especially loved having coffee each morning outside on the terrace over-looking the park. "

"Check in process is terrible. Only one person checking people in with 10 people waiting to check in. Made it to the counter after 30 minutes waiting and they said my room wasn't ready. Check in time is 4 pm and it was after 4 pm! I waited an hour came back and room still not ready. They finally 'upgraded' me to a room that was ready. Zero out of ten would not recommned. Check out was just as bad. Hire more counter people! "

"For the price we paid for our stay I can definitely say it was worth it. We started off with a little hiccups but the staff was so helpful and made sure to correct everything and made sure we got proper accommodation. We also got complimentary accommodation for the water park in Atlantis which I found was really nice especially since we had kids 7 and under. The park is 5 mins walk away from the hotel. There is restaurants around as well walking distance. The breakfast was more American cuisine which was ok and again the staff working in that area was exceptionally friendly and helpful."

"Air conditioning was great and shower was always hot. It’s not your luxury hotel experience but for the location in town and the price it’s a phenomenal choice for a vacation on St Thomas. Staff was incredibly nice and it was nice they provide pool and beach towels. The included breakfast isn’t very substantial and the only microwave is in the common area. Those are the only things you should be aware of. Fantastic property. Parking can be difficult on certain days but it seems everybody on the island parks wherever they please. You don’t have designated spots and are competing with locals for spots sometimes. I parked illegally a few times and nobody cared so just be ready for that."
