"Great stay! Affordable, right near everything, super nice host!"

"Great location, easy access to property."

"This property was 10/10!!!! Easy check in , awesome location and fast communication with host!!! Will definitely be booking again"

"The apartment was very clean, a good price, but much smaller than the pictures make it look."

"We loved it for our honeymoon! Such a cute place to stay! Not too far away from the beach and near some good restaurants! The host was very communicative and overall we had an amazing time there!"

"We had a great stay! The place was very clean, tidy, and exactly as expected. The location was perfect, and the host was very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!"

"The property is exactly how you see it listed. Our favorite part was that we had the beach foot steps away from out back door."

"Good place to stay, relaxing, perfect"

"Amir was a gracious host. Good communication. Highly recommend."

"The staff were so friendly they felt like family. The area was secluded and beautiful surrounded by trees and an easy access creek where they provided kayaking services to add to your stay. Close to the ariport and local attractions making travel easy. Check in and check out was an easy process and I felt 100% welcome. When we come back I will likely book in the same location."

"Property met out expectations. Close to the pool. Kid friendly. Great place to have a relaxintion vacation. "

"Close proximity to restaurants, shops and the beach."

"This is more a review of the host as the Binks apartment location had some issue according to the host and so I stayed at an alternate location provided by the host. Upon arrival to Roseau and having access to Wifi I was made aware of alternate arrangements. The host picked me up and took me to the other location in Warner which was quite far from the main areas. However it was a large house with a garden and beautiful view so was an upgrade. I decided to explore around there for a day and then...

"This property was a scam and expedia was of no assistance in helping me get my money back. From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers."

"This place has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy a week in Puerto Rico. The kitchenette is stocked with everything from quality knives to a garlic press. They have beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler for guest to use. We were able to save so much money on outside expenses because The Beach Pad provided so much. It was truly a wonderful experience and we will be coming back to try the PH suite!"

"Family friendly, very equipped accommodation. Caring and quick responsive staff. Would definitely recommend the place."

"This property was absolutely amazing for our family. The pool was a big hit with the kids and the rooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very peaceful and secluded."

"The manager is nice and well managed the property. But the property is not as good as expected."
