"This place has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy a week in Puerto Rico. The kitchenette is stocked with everything from quality knives to a garlic press. They have beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler for guest to use. We were able to save so much money on outside expenses because The Beach Pad provided so much. It was truly a wonderful experience and we will be coming back to try the PH suite!"

Las mesas de noche, gabeteros, gabinetes de cocina y mesa exterior con bastante polvo y presencia de eses de lagartos incluyendo, la nevera ejecutiva sucia por dentro. A las 3 am los perros en la propiedad ladrando a todo dar. Nos quito el sueño que no pudimos recuperar. El personal es muy atento y amable. Espero puedan corregir las deficiencias por qué el lugar están bien ubicado y facil de llegar."

"This is more a review of the host as the Binks apartment location had some issue according to the host and so I stayed at an alternate location provided by the host. Upon arrival to Roseau and having access to Wifi I was made aware of alternate arrangements. The host picked me up and took me to the other location in Warner which was quite far from the main areas. However it was a large house with a garden and beautiful view so was an upgrade. I decided to explore around there for a day and then...

"This property was a scam and expedia was of no assistance in helping me get my money back. From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers."

"No hot water dog Doodoo on the front lawn right by the walkway smells in front from old garbage that was in the cans since before we got there found a cockroach in one of the rooms water fall never worked and the pool could’ve used as serious Cleaning you can see the mold and mildew in it I was never told that there was going to be cameras in a private sitting area outside by pool"
