"The location was very convenient - quiet and easy parking yet walkable to all sites in Ponta Delgada. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast with many options hot and cold. "They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! "
