"This is a really good hotel. The location is great for the theatres and cinema in Nottingham. It's in front of Rock City and a 20 min walk from the station. There are good restaurants nearby but the hotel also has 2 restaurants, room service and bar meals. It's worth upgrading to use the Club Lounge too. Comfy beds, quiet rooms and a bath! Theres a pool and soa too. No complaints!"

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door code provided did not work. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. "Please be aware that this hotel has been taken over by OYO. If I’d have known this prior to booking I wouldn’t have proceeded to book. I thought we were booking the Mecure but on arrival it was evident that OYO have taken over this hotel. The room was dirty and tired. Asked for a new room but they had none available. The only plus point was that the Young lad on reception was helpful and understanding and this wasn’t his fault. But for the price we paid for the room it was unacceptable."

"A very nice B&B in a peaceful location and a pub is just a walking distance away! There is a court yard within the compound where one can relax. We enjoyed our one night stay here and enjoyed our full English breakfast. Thank you."
