"sehr in die jahre gekommene anlage. gute schöne lage mit toller aussicht von der terrasse und den restaurants. durchschnittliches restaurant, pools und spa mässig. dass der aussenpool bei schönstem wetter um 18.00 schliesst ist völlig unverständlich. da wir bei hotels.com gebucht haben wollte man ..."

"The only thing about the Beresford hotel was that the sheets were clean,the sink had no plug, there was no soap in the sink dispenser, the shower curtain was dirty, the TV didn't work, I had to go to reception to get a towel, the second window wouldn't close and there was no breakfast not even coffee ..."
