"The hotel is luxurious without being stuffy. All the staff I encountered were friendly, professional and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and I especially enjoyed the cookies. The communal areas are fantastic, so comfortable and brilliant for reading a book with a view. The breakfast has lots of options and is delicious. Looking forward to my next visit."

"Very good value for money, nice bar area, great location next to the beach, unfortunately heating broke down but that was beyond their control, they should have offered a free drink or similar. Would stay again, I was in an en-suite room which was good value, I was on my own but room could sleep 3. Would stay again "

"back of settee collapsed when autistc son on it, i repaired it, but it needs repair it is dangerous. I told sykes NO response very poor. Also implied is 2 minutes walk from beach is 8 minute drive at least. "

"I got room that had roof eves that are low. I had my head hit more times on the eves. There are only 2 restaurant deliveries available at the location. The shower and bed sleep was good. The TV in the room has cast option that was convenient. The breakfast was nice."

The kitchen staff were brilliant. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel made it especially great due to the amenities nearby in the plaza and fuel station. "Staff in the restaurant/spa bar/spa were really helpful and pleasant. The indoor pool was great. Sadly we didn't get to use the outdoor pool as it rained but it did look very nice. View from our room was lovely too. We booked breakfast on one day but found it too much after dinner the previous night. We ate at taste of Cornwall one night. The food was very good but the room was very dark and the music stopped a couple of times and nobody around to turn it back on, so lacked a nice ambience."
