"The room was alright, just wished the 3rd party website would specify what rooms came with water park passes. The elevator was broken, ice machine on the 2nd floor didn't work, the shower curtain was falling off. There was no kitchen, the staff was friendly "

"We used Hotels.com for this room even though it is nice place we wanted a one night get away and showed up checked it payed and then found out the pool was completely dry ! So I returned to front desk and asked the m to return our money so we could stay somewhere else. He told me could do it because there was no manager . So we were stuck and had to make other plans stuck in this hotel . And all the ice machines were broke and the channel selection was terrible. The staff is incompetent and asked me to tall to the manager in the morning and still no discount . Trap house lol"
