"Perfect location, on the canal. Easy walking access everywhere…convenient location for a private water taxi. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were large and clean! Great experience!"

"We arrived around 8/9pm and could not access the property. We called the number available and the operator put the phone down on us. Staff from the restaurant next door had to help us enter the hotel. In the morning the desk staff were very odd. Not even rude, they seemed shocked any body was there and might need help. There was no coffee or milk available for the very basic coffee machine. We asked to store our luggage (a normal hotel request?) after check out and they seemed to be confused by...

"The location of our stay was good and the suite was clean and staff very friendly. We would love to give it 5 stars because the owner, Andrea, made an effort to address our concerns by replacing the bed after the first night which greatly improved our comfort. We had requested to change rooms because there was an annoying noise coming from the laundry room next to ours. Unfortunately, we were unable to move rooms. The wifi and cell service were poor and the Air Conditioning wasn’t strong enough...

We like the how easy was entering as we arrived outside of reception hours and the availability of leaving the backpacks when we check out o pick them up later. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Definitely should be a place to consider staying when visiting Venice."
