"The hotel was overall a pretty good stay. I will say the staff was not very friendly and did not explain much to us except how to get to our room. "

"Our air conditioning did not work properly the whole time we stayed. The staff downstairs was very friendly. Walked passed one of the cleaning and they did not even say Hi or make eye contact. I felt that was very rude. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The bathroom was not very clean. Also looked like the rugs all around the hotel was not vacuumed very well either. The pool was dirty and cold as well. I wouldn't stay there again!"

"Hot tub was broken, wouldn’t have booked had we known. Also, upstairs kids running through third and second floor at 11 at night wasn’t great but hotel itself was overall nice and clean. "

"Property was clean and room was spacious. Elevator was very noisy and rough looking. Erin was an exceptional host and really cared about the property. Breakfast was very good and IHG coffee machines are the BEST in the industry at this price point."
