"The units are very nice but meant for families friends/couples sharing the space and expense. Full kitchen, big livingroom, and spacious bedrooms. Bathrooms are nice, but faucets are confusing.
I booked this last minute when Heathrow shut down due to air traffics control outage. It was extremely expensive and a taxi ride was over an hour and 113.00 pounds.

"I would not recommend staying here. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, and one of the staff members was quite rude and unhelpful.
When we first arrived, we were given a room in the ADU unit that was in very poor condition. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, did not appear to have been cleaned properly, and the toilet was not functioning correctly.

"I barely used any of the facilities, so no comment on those apart from the kettle and the bathroom. The noise from outside was quite loud, and there was some commotion in the halls late at night, including someone pressing my buzzer in the middle of the night.
The bed was clean and comfy, with clean towels. The shower was fine, although there is only complimentary shampoo and conditioner (no body wash).
There were some problems with light fixtures. The main light took a few minutes to warm up...

"Clean room, and bathrooms were cleaned often. It was quite hot with no A/C and in a heat wave, but the hotel provided a great fan. Breakfast was great and they provided plenty of great options. Wifi wasn’t available in the rooms, only the main lobby, but they had some couches that we were able to rest on in there. Area is extremely convenient and beautiful, close to transit."

"The location was spot on for our time in London. We could walk most anywhere and public transport was easily accessible.
The staff was polite, professional and very helpful.
That said, the room itself was a disappointment. It was hot and stuffy and we could not adjust the thermostat. Felt like we were in a closet, yet it was supposed to be a deluxe room. The sheets felt like they were made of paper.
Would stay in Covent Garden area again, but would go elsewhere next time"
