"Our first time, and this hotel will now be our go-to. Exceptionally friendly staff. Upgraded us to a lovely suite. Immaculately clean (even if the style is a bit grandma’s house). Nice bed linens and new towels. The location is perfect, walking distance to cute restaurants and across the street from the beautiful park. "

Bij aankomst was mijn kamer nog niet klaar, maar hij bood een andere kamer als ik gelijk een kamer gewild had. Maar ik kon de koffer achterlaten en op stap gaan, en de koffer werd netjes op de kamer gezet. Hotel is niet makkelijk te vinden als je onbekend bent in de buurt. Is eigenlijk een woonhuis met kamers, dus geen duidelijke entree. Eenmaal gevonden prima!"

"A wonderful gem tucked into a vibrant community. We stayed for a night to enjoy the city after work. We had a terrific pizza with an eggplant appetizer at a place 6 blocks away. The snacks in the dining room were a delightful treat. We enjoyed reading in the study. The bed was very comfortable. This place is a must stay again. "

"I’ve staid in the Casa Loma a few times over the years while visiting family in SF. The rooms are small but definitely not claustrophobic, most importantly they’re clean and well stocked with towels, soap, etc. The surrounding neighborhood is beyond charming. Plenty of markets, take out, and laundromats on the same street to keep you supplied and comfortable if you’re staying for a long weekend or a few days. Just a wonderful experience every time I’ve visited. "

"The hotel its self is adorable, boutique feel within the heart of downtown SoMa. The front desk is one person at a small desk in the lobby - answering phones and greeting guest. Patience is key here! The rooms themselves are small but well decorated with fun art and wallpaper. The bed is very comfortable and black out curtains ideal to catch some zzz’s. We did not check out any of the amenities while there. "

"El hotel esta muy limpio y moderno. La habitacion y baño comodo y con todos los servicioa al 100. A pesar de estar en una calle transitada, no se escucha nada. La habitacion muy amplia y comoda. La limpieza del baño me llamo la atencion, parevia nuevo. La atencion en recepcion fue muy amable. El que tenga estacionamiento dentro del hotel es una ventaja porque esta en zona complicada de hacerlo en la calle."
