" we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

"The section where the queen rooms are, is tremendously different (in a bad way) than where the king rooms are. I stayed there for a week and almost every day there was some lady outside my room window (which is next to the parking lot) who would be screaming and shouting on top of her voice and at times 5 in the morning and I would wake up due to her screaming. How in the first place this hotel got such good ratings on Expedia (surpassing other better hotels in the same area). The breakfast was...

"I recommend calling them after making a reservation especially when you’re staying for more than one night just to confirm reservation. I reserved a 2 queen bed room only to find out that they have ran out of 2 queen bed rooms and ended up having a king bed room. No big deal bc we only stayed for one night but just a heads up, so I recommend that you call them. The rooms are clean, amenities are good, place smells good."

"STAY HERE! AMAZING hotel! Everything PERFECT. We had room 16 with balcony in back. Easy check in. Easy parking near room. Freash coffee and ice in lobby. Coffee with flavored creamer and tea in room. Amazing clean very comfortable bed and pillows. Super comfy lounge chair, desk with nice office chair. All lights worked great. Very nice bathroom with great shower and water pressure. Temp controlled AC/heater worked perfectly and quietly. Nice size frigerator and microwave. Nice TV with easy to...

"Breakfast automation"

"The heavy curtain that blocks out light had a huge tear in it. The outside shower curtain had mold on the top corner. The soap dish holder had cracks in it. The carpet smelled bad and looked really worn out. Overall, the inside of the property is pretty worn down. Bistro area had old scratched tables and chairs. Couches had stains. I will not choose this property if I ever visit the area again. The staff was mediocre… only one person was professional and helpful. Nobody could tell me why...
